ReliantHealth Primary & Wellness Care
Why Choose ReliantHealth?
Our Commitment to You
ReliantHealth commits to providing accessibility, comprehensiveness, coordination, and continuity to your primary care by prioritizing patient needs above all else, and promoting evidence-based medicine alongside compassionate communication and advocacy.
Our History
ReliantHealth was established in 2021 as a division of Reliant Physicians health group. Our clinic was initially built around the needs of our recently discharged hospital patients who did not have a board-certified primary care doctor to care for them after discharge. We have now evolved to offer comprehensive primary care and wellness coaching for overall optimal health.
Our Values
ReliantHealth values relationships – with our doctors, clinicians and staff, with our growing community, with our specialist partners, and above all with you, our patients. We provide an inclusive, equitable and effective care environment for our patients and their families.
Reliant's

Careful Selection of Specialists
We focus on finding the very best specialists for your needs and vet them for quality and clinical performance.
Patient-centered care
This involves engaging patients in their care by involving them in decision-making and providing them with the information and support they need to manage their health.

Myriam Gardner
To anyone who is searching for a primary doctor, to say I strongly recommend Dr. Ravi-Kumar is an understatement. She is extremely thorough with her exams. She takes time to understand your concerns and offers very clear explanations. Nina and her staff are very helpful. Bonus her office does offer blood tests within her doctors office. No extra appointments needed. Thank you Dr. Ravi-Kumar.
Trish Goebel [Mannion MS]
Nina welcomed me as I walked in, and Monica was very attentive and after I told her I was having pain in my arm she used a different device that attached to my wrist to take my blood pressure. PA Kuehl always spends ample time with me and is very empathetic. He listens and asks lots of questions, and always says “we’ll get you fixed up!” Very much appreciated!
Dave Ryan
I am so happy with my health care here, particularly Dr Ravi and her staff, including Lilly! Dr Ravi has been great in understanding my health care needs and showing compassionate concern, and then providing the right treatment to keep me in good health. They take you on time for appointments and handle all the prescriptions and referrals in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Front desk receptionist Lily was really sweet, she was able to answer all my questions when my silly self forgot my wallet. Dr Kuehl is AMAZING! He sees you right at your appointment time more often than not. He’s personable & has answered all questions I’ve had no matter how random they may be. I wish I found this Dr office sooner because everyone here is great!!! I highly recommended this place to my family, & now they are all coming here. You’ll be glad you switched to this Dr office.
Mike Jacobo
I was looking for a new Primary Care Provider and began looking around. Asked my insurance to call around and get me a quality care facility, they made an appointment here. Walked in with low expectations because of what I’ve been used to but I was quickly greeted with smiling happy faces. I am Very Happy and exceptionally Pleased with Aaron and all time he had to spend learning about me. My time here felt far more valuable than other clinics I’ve been to. Can’t wait to be back and making ReliantHealth my permanent care facility. Thank you!
Prestige Prestiges
This office is TOP NOTCH! After a hospital stay, I was referred to Dr. Ravi for follow up. I was impressed with how the whole office handled my care:Making my appointment was easy. There’s short waiting-room times. The Medical Assistants are very thorough with the interview before the Doctor/ PA comes in. I have been seeing Aaron the PA. He is amazing, thorough, and he listens to everything and is so patient, truthful and knowledgeable. I read other bad reviews about this office but THIS IS NOT not the same staff as before. Also, Ms Angela and her front desk team are TOP NOTCH! They are professional and they are kind! There’s no rude staff at this office at all! Long gone are the days of waiting long periods of time to receive referrals! Each time I referral was completed the SAME DAY! This Office is on top of it! I even got my blood drawn there for labs! This is the best kept secret in Vegas. If you come to this office return the kindness to the staff. Be kind to them because they take care of you
